Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your email address only to send your receipt and to handle a refund.

How it works

Reply to your receipt, or write to help@candlefold.com, within 30 days of paying. We refund the full $39 to the card you used, usually within a day. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund

You can keep what you’ve printed. We just ask that you don’t download new copies.
